Introduction

Hello everyone in blogland,

I am awaiting a baby, due in early June. After discovering so many inspiring and thoughtful parenting blogs online, I realized I wanted to add my voice there too. I have one month before little one arrives, and just one week left of work. I am hoping that if he does come early, he doesn't come too early, since after 12 years at my workplace, I would really, really like just a bit of time to transition, and to get more things ready for my new life ahead.

I look forward to connecting with other online mothers to share stories and encouragement with.
